This is the Civil Engineering Headquarters for the 188th Fighter Wing Arkansas Air National Guard. The 22,000 square foot building is located in Fort Smith, AR and includes office spaces, conference rooms and classrooms. The MEP portion of the design features a rainwater harvesting system for water conservation, Innovative water-to-water modular heat pump chiller system, and on-site renewable energy. This project is Certified LEED Gold.
