Magnet Cove Elementary School

This 81,000 square foot elementary school is located in Van Buren, AR. The facility includes offices, classrooms and a cafeteria with a kitchen. The MEP portion for this facility includes a rainwater harvesting system for grey water usage, geothermal HVAC system, day-lighting controls with occupancy sensors and an emergency generator. This project was awared Certified LEED Gold and was also named LEED Project of the Year by the Arkansas Chapter of the United States Green Building Council.
