This two story office houses creative office spaces for Hershey Employees to collaborate as well as a modern kitchen/break room area with top of the line kitchen equipment. This 45,000 square foot office space has been given a Certified LEED V4 ID+C award. This facility includes a packaged rooftop VAV system, on-site renewable energy, charging stations for EV and receptacle power control for energy conservation.
